About the Paradyż Gradia collection
The Gradia collection by Paradyż draws inspiration from the motif of Ambrosia Cioccolato Brown marble, preserving a stone-like, "pebble" character with transitions from beige tones to deep brown and pearlescent reflections. Gradia offers a surface with a plastic texture that highlights fragments of stone and creates depth. Thanks to the calm colour palette, the collection adapts well to various bathroom styles and offers mix&match options within the Senses by Paradyż concept.
What impression does the collection create?
Gradia evokes a natural, stone character with a distinctive yet balanced pattern. Fossils and pebble motifs along with pearlescent reflections give the surface depth, making the wall tiles appear plastic and natural.
Thanks to the use of decorative effects, an impression of three-dimensional structure is created, which under proper lighting highlights individual details of the pattern and internal reflections of the material.
What type of bathroom is it suitable for?
The calm, natural palette of Gradia is suitable for bathrooms where you want to achieve a warmer yet elegant look. It works well in modern and transitional interiors where natural materials and soft lines are combined.
In smaller bathrooms, consider using the collection on just one wall or as an accent in combination with more uniform tiles to prevent the distinctive pattern from overwhelming the space. In more spacious bathrooms, it creates a pleasant, natural atmosphere when used throughout.
Colours, surface and design
The collection draws from shades ranging from beige to deep brown with pearl grey reflections. Paradyż has added a modern variant in a greige shade, bringing a muted, neutral undertone suitable for various arrangements.
The collection also includes a decorative tile with glossy effects that creates the impression of 'flowing water' in the depressions of the texture and can serve as a striking accent within the wall tiles.
How to combine the collection
Thanks to the mix&match&create concept, you can combine Gradia with simpler, uniform surfaces – matte ceramic floor tiles in neutral colours or with finer stone. This achieves a balanced look without visual disruption.
To highlight the decor, use a decorative tile on one wall above the bath or behind the sink. If you prefer a minimalist style, choose complementary elements in greige or warm beige shades and complement them with natural materials, such as wood or matte metal.
Installation and maintenance
When laying, pay attention to the level of the substrate and the appropriate insulation and expansion system – the plastic texture and pronounced pattern of the decor can accentuate substrate irregularities. Plan the placement of decorative elements in advance to ensure the patterns align correctly.
Maintenance generally corresponds to ceramic wall tiles with decor – regular cleaning with a mild detergent and a soft sponge. For glossy decors, use non-abrasive agents to maintain the sheen effect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Gradia collection suitable for bathroom flooring?
Floor use depends on the specific technical parameters of the tiles (slip resistance, thickness, rectification). If you want to use Gradia for flooring, check these details with the supplier and consider anti-slip accessories in wet zones.
How to match the distinctive pattern of Gradia with furniture and accessories?
Choose simple, neutral shapes and colours for the furniture – for example, in shades of greige, beige, or matte grey. Natural wood or matte black metal accents will create contrast without overwhelming the space.
Can I combine glossy decor with matte wall tiles from the same collection?
Yes. Use the glossy decor as an accent on one wall or in vertical stripes, while matte wall tiles will complement the overall look. This will create an interesting visual contrast while maintaining harmony of surfaces.
