About the Paradyż Architeq collection
The Architeq collection by Paradyż offers a subtle, tonally coordinated graphic of concrete with a pleasant matte finish. It is designed as a universal series within the MONUMENTAL line, allowing for the creation of calm backgrounds as well as more striking compositions in interiors. The palette includes 12 colours and available variations with fine sandy grain or coloured pebbles provide many options for bathroom design and other spaces.
What impression does the collection create?
Architeq appears as refined industrial concrete — without sharp textures, with soft toning that does not disrupt the space. The matte touch emphasises the naturalness of the surface and optically dampens reflections, which is practical in the bathroom for daily use.
With the variants Grain and Rock, you can achieve either a subtle grainy texture or more colourful, irregular pebble patterns. This allows for the combination of quiet surfaces with accents that attract attention without overwhelming the space.
What type of bathroom is it suitable for?
Architeq is suitable for both modern and minimalist bathrooms where you want to achieve a calm, contemporary look. Neutral shades are ideal for creating a light space, while shades of green and terra serve as gentle colour accents.
In smaller bathrooms, prefer light neutral tones and large-format solutions to make the space feel more open. In more spacious bathrooms, you can use a mix of Grain/Rock for zoning and creating decor around the shower or behind the bathtub.
Formats, surfaces, and colours
The collection offers 12 colours: 5 neutrals, 5 shades of beige, and two trendy colours green and terra. The surface has a pleasant matte finish that highlights the subtle graphic of the concrete.
As part of the MONUMENTAL line, the collection coordinates well with other products from the Paradyż brand, including rectified pieces in similar formats — making it easier to combine and create continuous surfaces across product lines.
How to combine it
For a balanced solution, neutral walls with one or two decorative strips in Grain or Rock work reliably. If you choose green or terra, use them sparingly as accents on accessories, bathtubs, or cabinets.
It combines well with both light and darker furniture: light bathroom modules emphasise the industrial character of the tiles, while dark furniture adds contrast and depth. When selecting materials for accessories, pay attention to texture — matte metal elements or natural wood will match best.
Installation and maintenance
Architeq is coloured in mass, which improves wear resistance — for regular maintenance, use gentle cleaning agents without aggressive acids to maintain the matte appearance of the surface.
When laying, consider the possibility of combining with other MONUMENTAL products and adhere to the recommended expansion joints and procedures for rectified tiles. For larger areas, plan a sense of blending shades and regular alignment of tiles in relation to the graphic to avoid unwanted transitions of tones.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Architeq tiles suitable for a shower enclosure?
Yes. Thanks to the matte surface and technical parameters suitable for interiors, they are also suitable for shower enclosures, while we recommend considering slip resistance and using the correct grouting.
How to combine the colour green or terra in the bathroom?
Use green and terra as accents: wall tiles behind the mirror, strips in the shower, or accessories. In smaller amounts, they will enliven a neutral space without overwhelming it.
Can I combine Architeq with other Paradyż collections?
Yes. As part of the MONUMENTAL line, the Architeq collection includes rectified formats and colours that coordinate with other series, making it easier to create a cohesive surface composition.
